The location of the Oxford Mansion is the main selling point of the condominium building. Located in Santolan, Pasig, it places the Oxford Mansion at a central location that makes it highly accessible both from Pasig City and Quezon City.
If you have kids and you are wondering where they can enroll for the following school year, there are actually quite a lot of choices nearby, all of them are less than thirty minutes away by car. First, just fifteen to twenty minutes away is the famed Ateneo de Manila University. Along the same stretch of highway, and just beside the Ateneo campus, is the Miriam College. Now, a bit farther down the road, you will find yourself within the massive campus of the University of the Philippines Diliman. In addition to the schools that were just mentioned, there are lots of smaller private and public schools just within the Santolan area.
There are also several large hospitals nearby, so you do not need to worry about where to go when you or your loved ones ever need medical services. First, just five minutes away along Amang Rodriguez Avenue, is the St. Camillus Medical Center, a large private hospital that is staffed by some of the best physicians in Metro Manila. There are also several multi-specialty clinics that are in the same neighborhood as the Oxford Mansion, so if you just need to get a regular check-up or consultation, you really do not have to go that far from the condominium.
You would really love living in the Oxford Mansion if you happen to work in one of the many corporate buildings in Eastwood City because you will only be commuting ten to fifteen minutes to work. There is a neat little shortcut that you can take from Santolan that will directly take you to Calle Industriya, which is just outside the outer boundaries of Eastwood City.
Speaking of Eastwood City, when you live in Oxford Mansion, you are just minutes away from some of the best shopping experiences in the Metro. Eastwood City is not just chock full of office buildings, there are also several large shopping malls in the area. The Eastwood Mall is one massive building that is top to bottom crammed with shops that carry top-tier brands and designer merchandise. There are also dozens of dining establishments in the area for when you want to go celebrate by binge-eating. You will find that it will take you more than a day to sample everything that Eastwood City has to offer.
If you want even more choices, you just need to go southbound on C-5 so you can reach the Bonifacio Global City in just twenty or thirty minutes depending on the traffic situation. Now, if you go the other way then you will find yourself in the middle of Quezon City’s CBD.
Even though the Oxford Mansion is tucked away at a quiet corner of Pasig City, it is nice to know that it is actually easy to get to all of the places that you need to go to.
